5. Registration

7. Deposit of Funds

8.2. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply. In the case of Account closure, we may allow withdrawal of the remaining eligible balance subject to verification and payment restrictions.

8.3. We may require identity documents, proof of address, payment method evidence, selfies, video calls or additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

8.4. Withdrawals should normally be made to the same method used for deposit. We may allow a different method at our discretion and subject to additional checks.

9. Promotional Codes Affiliate Links and Welcome Offers

9.7. Rainbet applies a strict anti abuse policy. Accounts that share devices, addresses, payment methods, IP patterns or other identifiers may be reviewed and restricted where abuse is suspected.

9.8. Affiliates must not operate or promote search driven websites or domains that compete with Rainbet brand traffic or mislead users looking for Rainbet. Any attempt to divert, intercept or replace traffic intended for Rainbet may lead to loss of commissions and termination of the affiliate relationship.

10. Errors

10.1. If a system error, game error, payment error, communication failure, software bug or malfunction affects the Service, affected wagers may be voided. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any error.

10.2. We try to ensure that odds, lines and market information are accurate. If a wager is accepted at a price that is clearly wrong, materially different from the general market or inconsistent with the true probability of the event, we may cancel or void the wager.

10.3. We may recover overpayments, correct balances, reverse incorrect credits and cancel wagers placed with funds resulting from an error.

11. Rules of Play Refunds and Cancellations

11.1. The winner of an event will be determined according to the settlement rules in effect when the event is settled.

11.2. Results displayed on the Website may become final after 72 hours. Within that period, we may correct results due to human error, system error or mistakes by a result provider.

11.3. If a match result is overturned within the applicable payout period by the governing body, wagers may be refunded where the market rules require it.

11.4. If a draw occurs in a market where the draw was offered, wagers will be settled according to that market. If the draw was not offered, the event rules will determine whether stakes are refunded or whether extra time counts.

11.5. If a result cannot be verified by us or by a reliable source, we may declare affected wagers invalid and return stakes.

11.6. Minimum and maximum wager amounts are determined by us and may be changed without prior notice. We may also set individual Account limits.

11.7. Customers are responsible for checking their Account transactions. Once a wager has been accepted, it cannot normally be changed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers caused by Customer error.

11.8. A matchup may remain valid if the correct teams or participants are involved, even if it appears under an incorrect league or category heading.

11.9. Start times shown for esports matches are provided for guidance only. If a match is postponed or suspended and is not resumed within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, wagers may be voided unless the market relates to tournament advancement or outright winner outcomes.

11.10. If an event is listed with an incorrect date, wagers may be settled according to the date announced by the official governing body.

11.11. If a team uses substitute players or stand ins, the result may remain valid if the team chose to compete in that form.

11.12. We may remove events, markets, games, promotions and products from the Website at any time.

12. Communications and Notices

12.1. Notices from you to us should be sent through the Customer Support form or another contact method provided on the Website.

12.2. Notices from us to you may be posted on the Website, sent to your Registered Email Address or provided through your Account.

12.3. All formal communications under these Terms should be made in English unless we agree otherwise.

12.4. We may contact you by email with information about your Account, Service updates, promotions and betting offers. You may opt out of promotional communications by contacting support or using available unsubscribe options.

13. Matters Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events may include natural events, labour disputes, power failures, internet failures, government action, technical interruptions, provider outages, payment network delays, cyber incidents or other third party failures. In such circumstances, we may suspend, limit or cancel all or part of the Service without liability for resulting loss.

14. Liability

15. Gambling by Those Under Age

15.1. If we suspect that you are below the legal gambling age that applies in your Canadian province or territory, or were below that age when placing any wager, we may suspend your Account and investigate the matter.

15.2. This rule also applies if you are over 18 but are located in a province, territory or other jurisdiction where the legal gambling age is higher and you have not reached that higher age.

15.3. If we determine that underage gambling has occurred, we may void winnings, restrict withdrawals, close the Account and report the matter where required by law.

16. Fraud

16.1. We may take contractual, civil or criminal action against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, payment abuse, money laundering, collusion, identity misuse or other unlawful conduct.

16.2. Where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of system misuse, game manipulation or unfair advantage over the house or other Customers, we may conduct a full investigation. If abuse is confirmed, the Account may be permanently disabled and related funds may be confiscated.

17. Intellectual Property

17.1. Unauthorized use of the Rainbet name, brand, logo, domain, visual identity or other protected material may result in legal action.

17.2. As between you and us, all rights in the Service, Website, software, systems, business tools, content, odds, databases and technology belong to Rainbet or its licensors.

17.3. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, branding, URLs, odds or content in connection with any product or service that is not ours or that may confuse Customers or damage our reputation.

17.4. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these Terms. You must not copy, monitor, scrape, reproduce, store, sell or exploit Website content through manual or automated means.

18. Your License

18.1. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable and non sublicensable license to access and use the Service for private and non commercial entertainment only.

18.2. You must not modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, upload, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit the Service, software or content unless expressly permitted by us.

19. Your Conduct and Safety

19.2. If you engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably determine that you have done so, your Account or access to the Service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

19.3. Prohibited conduct includes sharing false or unlawful information, committing or promoting illegal activity, harming minors, posting abusive or obscene content, infringing intellectual property rights, spreading harmful code, interfering with the Service, using bots or scraping tools, impersonating another person, creating Accounts by automated means, sending spam, running scams or acting against our business principles. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated or applied by us according to the circumstances.

20. KYC Policy of Rainbet

20.1. Rainbet Online Canada may request any KYC documentation needed to confirm a Customer’s identity, age, address, location, payment ownership and source of funds. We may restrict access to the Service, payments, withdrawals and Account balances if verification is not completed within the required time.

20.2. Verification may take several business days. During this process, you may be asked to provide personal details, a government issued photo ID, a selfie, proof of address, bank statement, payment confirmation or other documents.

20.3. While an Account is under temporary review, we may limit deposits, block withdrawals or restrict gameplay until the KYC team has completed its assessment.

21. Complaints

21.3. If you are not satisfied with the settlement of a wager, you should submit details to Customer Support. We will use reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time and aim to answer settlement queries within 28 days.

21.4. Disputes about a wager should be submitted within three days from the date the wager was settled. Claims submitted later may not be accepted.

21.5. If a dispute arises between you and us, Customer Support will attempt to resolve it. If no solution is reached, the matter may be escalated internally.

21.6. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, you may have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant licensing or dispute body identified by Rainbet.
